Heres the deal have a 3 bedroom 2800 sf Duplex for fun. Each bedroom has a bathroom next to it. A 16 X 30 living oom for general activities and a 18 x 22 family room in the basement. MEMBERS only 6 month commitment $100 per person/couple per month. Use anytime you want schedule room or parties in advance everyone has an acess key who sub-leases. you do have to clean up after your self. working on furnishing it. to join you must pay always 1 month inadvance ($200 at signing up)sign general agreement of conduct. and have fun!! There is a screening process! once we have 15 memebrs. Memebrs will vote on additions. Memebership not to exceed 25. Exclusive, Classy and Respectful. You may have guess. If your gueesis another group (such as the tuesday let's fuck group) and you are memeber who wnat ot resereve there willbe a $100 per event charge in addition to the monthly. General area sucha s living room / kitchen is open to all members at all times. Oh as memebrship grows furnihing will improve also on site laundry.
